About the Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role offers a high level of visibility and the opportunity to influence site culture, operational standards, and tenancy outcomes.

You will lead and support a Place Manager while working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to navigate the intersection of housing compliance and social support services.

Key Responsibilities

Site & Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of a supportive housing site with approximately 50-66 residents
• Monitor site safety, compliance, and operational performance
• Support a culture of accountability, professionalism, and strong operational boundaries
• Act as the key on-site escalation point for tenancy and operational matters

Tenancy Management

• Manage complex tenancy matters in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
