- The employee should be able to differentiate between different components like resistors, caps and transistors as well as the sizes. Should know which components are polarized
- The employee should be able to describe the component by looking at it and be able to sort it together kind by kind and be able to know how to treat components with polarities
- The employee should be able to read and understand part numbers as well as the descriptions
- At the end of the run the operator should count the completed cards and balance it with the pick-slip, before presenting it for transfer
