• Coverage Dates:o Orientation: June 25o Proctoring to be scheduledo June 26 at 7:00 AM - June 29 at 7:00 AMo July 31 at 7:00 AM - August 10 at 7:00 AMo October 17 at 7:00 AM - October 21 at 7:00 AMo November 3 at 7:00 AM - November 6 at 7:00 AMo November 20 at 7:00 AM - November 30 at 7:00 AMo December 18 at 7:00 AM - December 29 at 7:00 AMo Please only submit physicians who can provide coverage for the listed dates
