- Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) is essential.
- Experience in Nintex is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS, PowerShell is

- Familiarity with Sharepoint or survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), otherwise, shows willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
