Sustainability Innovation Project Lead

As a Sustainability Innovation Project Lead, you will drive sustainability-focused initiatives and innovation projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify new opportunities and execute ongoing projects.

• Innovation Program Management: Lead and sustain innovation programs, ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, and long-term impact. Maintain a strong pipeline of scalable, high-value initiatives and proactively remove delivery roadblocks. Track performance and provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders.
• Innovation Communication & Awareness: Drive innovation culture through consistent communication, storytelling, and community engagement. Manage key channels (newsletter, intranet, events, showroom) to ensure continuous visibility and adoption. Support governance and alignment across regional and global teams.
