🚨 We’re Hiring – Sysplex Tester (ONSITE – Basildon) 🚨
We’re looking for a skilled Sysplex Tester to join our team in Basildon, UK. This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone with strong IBM mainframe testing and Sysplex experience.
📍 Location: Basildon, Essex Onsite)
💼 What you’ll do: • Perform testing on IBM Sysplex and z/OS environments • Design and execute test cases for system changes and enhancements • Validate Parallel Sysplex, XCF, and Coupling Facility configurations • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
🧠 What we’re looking for: • Experience in mainframe testing (z/OS, Sysplex) • Knowledge of Parallel Sysplex architecture • Strong understanding of test methodologies and defect management • Familiarity with tools like SDSF, RMF, SMF, and JES2/JES3 • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (Basildon-based)
