Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to support both internal and external customers. This role involves creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting on-premise and cloud solutions (Office365 , Azure , Active Directory , backup & recovery), ensuring optimal performance and strict security compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer on-prem Active Directory , Office365 , and Azure .
- Support email migrations to Office365.
- Configure, install, and manage workstations, servers, and software .
- Monitor and manage server and network performance .
- Troubleshoot and respond to network, server, and storage alerts .
- Collaborate across server, storage, workstation, and application teams with a focus on security compliance .
- Maintain system documentation, reporting, and support best practices.
