We are seeking a System Administrator with at least 1 year of experience in supporting systems and networks within an enterprise environment. Prior experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) is an added advantage.
In this role, you will function as a Level 1 / Level 1.5 support specialist in a 24/7 enterprise setting , focusing on proactive monitoring, initial troubleshooting, and timely escalation of incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support IT infrastructure and data centre operations, including basic administration of systems, networks, databases, and applications.
