Job Description
- Troubleshoot system-level issues across automation platforms (ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems)
- Investigate incidents using logs, SQL queries, and system data
- Support commissioning and go-live phases of new system deployments
- Work on-site to diagnose and resolve system faults in real time
- Collaborate with overseas engineering teams for issue resolution
- Maintain system performance, reporting, and documentation
