Make an Impact by:
Responsible in design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.

Perform new technologies market scan and technical evaluation via Proof-of-Concept.

Support Proof-of-Value to customer.

Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.

Responsible in service product lifecycle management (EOL/EOS, releases, upgrades).
