System Support (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for artists and production teams (connection issues, troubleshooting, etc.)

Assist with onboarding new joiners and setting up their accounts and machines

Configure and maintain workstations across macOS, Linux, and Windows

Maintain and update hardware, software, and licenses

Manage user accounts and permissions across studio systems

Keep the office tech environment tidy and functional - from cable management to workstation organisation

Support general IT operations and elevate issues when needed

About You

A keen interest in technology and IT systems

Willing and eager to learn across Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems

A proactive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Organised and dependable - able to prioritise tasks in a busy studio environment
