Within RecOps, the Systems & Enablement function owns the recruiting technology ecosystem—ensuring our ATS, offer workflows, and connected tools are reliable, well-governed, and user-centric.

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations who will own high-impact operational support across recruiting workflows. This person will own intake, triage, enablement, service health, and day-to-day support across recruiter and coordinator workflows, while partnering closely with People Systems on issues that require system configuration, controls, or integration changes.
