+ Work in a cutting edge and continually changing SaaS environment
+ Work within a ticketing system to resolve internal and external client requests while adhering to defined service level agreements
+ Work with the Systems Support Manager on new projects that arise from business needs
+ Create documentation that will be utilized in the deployment and maintenance of new technologies and systems throughout the company’s infrastructure
