**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer Manager for the Engineering & Technology (E&T), Architecture, Design, System Integration & Test (ADIT) organization which is responsible for advancing F‑35 system integration and test capabilities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer Manager you will be responsible for leading one of the F‑35 SI&T teams, guiding integration and test planning, and shaping workforce development.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead execution for one of the SI&T teams, overseeing people, processes, and tools.
+ Direct integration and test planning, execution, and status reporting for F‑35 lab efforts.
+ Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and champion process improvements.
+ Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and competency development for the team.
+ Define training needs, knowledge‑continuity strategy, and workforce forecasting to ensure talent readiness.
