About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled Systems Integration Technician to join our growing PropTech team. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and smart building systems across condominium and residential developments. This role is central to our mission of delivering integrated, intelligent, and secure living environments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and commission ELV systems including IP CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), Access Control Systems (ACS), Intercom/Video Intercom, Barrier Gate Systems, and License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems
Integrate ELV security systems with the myCondo PropTech platform and smart building management applications
Perform structured cabling works (CAT6/CAT6A, fibre optic) to support ICT and ELV infrastructure
Carry out routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of installed systems
