Overview We are seeking a highly organized, technical, and detail-oriented Systems Manager to oversee and optimize our dealership's technology infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator of the companysr CDK Dealer Management System (DMS), leading our application IT help desk, and managing critical data reporting across all departments. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical IT solutions and automotive operations, ensuring maximum uptime and data-driven insights for leadership. Responsibilities 1. CDK DMS Administration & Management Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for the CDK Drive platform.
