Job Duties

Under broad direction, mentors, develops and recruits Application Evaluation (AE) and Application Design Evaluation (ADE) employees within the regional/country structure to provide guidance and direction. Assists Regional Manager in managing the drill bit business in order to achieve business plan objectives. Works with Drill Bit Product Managers and Region Manager to implement sub‑PSL strategies within the region to ensure that countries/districts are aligned.
