TA Partner - German speaker (native)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary – 6 months) to lead recruitment activities for the Swiss region , playing a key role in driving a strategic, proactive approach to veterinary talent acquisition.

This position is focused on direct search and talent pipeline creation for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV), anticipating business needs and building long‑term talent communities in a highly competitive and multilingual market.

This role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery. The TA Partner will act as a market expert and strategic advisor , responsible for building strong talent databases, maintaining continuous contact with key profiles, and developing innovative ways to attract and engage candidates.
