We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Recruitment Associate to support our hiring efforts.

The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
