 What requirements you'll need to be eligible 
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar

At least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel etc
