Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Executive supports the Team Lead – Talent Acquisition in delivering seamless execution of Talent requirements within the firm.
Job Description
- Partner closely with the firm’s stakeholders / hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and selection criteria
- Compiling a list of the most suitable candidates from the CV assessment and applicant screening
- Manage full cycle recruitment (sourcing, arranging of interviews, offer management)
- Maintaining existing recruitment portals as well as channels (paid / non-paid), and developing new recruitment channels and avenues
