Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.
Job Responsibilities and Functions- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews).
- Perform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages.
- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area.
- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel.
- Analyze the candidate’s job application results for the selection of qualified personnel.
