• Candidate should be from International BPO background (Frontline Hiring)

• Total Exp.
  - 12+ years
• Relevant Exp.– 1+ years Manager or 3+yrs as AM on paper
• Handled a team of 2-3 AM’s, Sr. Recruiters
• Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
• Vendor Management, Sourcing and Employee Referral Team
• Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
• Must be comfortable with Work from Office
• Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts.
• Work location Airoli.
