**Purpose Statement**:The Manager of Talent Acquisition is a highly visible role accountable for leading a country or regional Talent Acquisition team.
This individual will provide leadership to a recruiting team consisting of direct reports and will oversee the development, implementation and delivery of world class Talent Acquisition services.
Successful individuals will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals to establish and drive overall talent acquisition strategies.
**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- Establish and Implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work with business leaders to understand their needs then to define and manage the strategic recruiting initiatives for all regional sites to meet these goals.
A Manager of TA should also provide creative solutions and plan for future talent needs utilizing both external and internal talent.
