Position Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager holds overall accountability for meeting the headcount targets for current as well as new clients in his/her assigned verticals or entities. He/she will develop and strengthen relationships with all clients and stakeholders by leading the Talent Acquisition Operations team through the day-to-day control and direction on interviews, selection, and job offers. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments / units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner at the targeted cost per hire; as well as other units such as Business Development, Human Resources and Operations ...
