Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end pre-employment requirements of new hires Ensure completion and validation of government-mandated documents (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN) Monitor submission of pre-employment requirements such as medical results, NBI clearance, and background checks Coordinate onboarding schedules and pre-start communications with candidates Maintain and update onboarding trackers and HRIS records Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements Coordinate with internal teams (TA, HR, Payroll, Compliance) for onboarding readiness Assist in onboarding sessions and new hire orientation logistics Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Generate onboarding reports and status updates
