Context of the position
Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition & People Partner manager, you are in charge of the recruitment for the corporate & executive areas, as well as the follow-up of the Corporate perimeter.
Outcomes to be accomplished
Talent Attraction & Sourcing Strategy
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Monitor sourcing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with existing partners and develop new partnerships.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Processes
- Monitor candidates' experience from CV reception until the first two months in the company, and beyond.
- Track the candidate pipeline (applications received, number of interviews planned, offers sent, effective arrivals, etc.). <...
