As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a strategic contributor to Pax8’s growth, capability, and culture. You operate at the intersection of business priorities, human judgement, and AI‑enabled recruiting, partnering with leaders to solve hiring problems—not just fill roles. This role goes beyond requisition delivery. You are expected to shape hiring decisions, elevate Talent quality, and continuously improve how Pax8 attracts and selects talent in a rapidly scaling, AI‑powered environment.
Working Arrangement
- During your first 6 months, you’ll be based in our Manila office to immerse yourself in the team, the culture, and your role.
- After 6 months, you’ll be eligible to request a hybrid arrangement of up to 2 days working from home each week, tailored to your role and team rhythm.
