Sourcing high quality candidates
Processing new jobs into the system including entry on to CRIS systemand placing advertisements on job boards
Short listing, calling and interviewing candidates
Formatting CV’s and completing candidate profiles
Reference checking
Drafting emails for senior staff
Placement administration and other admin as required
Qualifications/experience:
Current tertiary qualifications
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Ability to follow instructions
Self-motivated
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft word and Excel
