Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter Trainee who is eager to start a career in Talent Acquisition. This role provides exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment, supporting talent attraction efforts across multiple areas, primarily for IT and engineering profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process
• Post job openings on job boards and professional networks
• Conduct candidate sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Perform initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
