industry (RPO/MSP/Agency/In-house).
Technical & Product Focus: Proven track record in scaling specialized engineering teams
(AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, Full-Stack) and hiring for high-growth Product-based
organizations.
GCC Expertise: Demonstrated mandate experience in managing talent acquisition for
Global Capability Centers (GCCs), including understanding regional localization, cost-
optimization models, and multi-country expansion.
Leadership/Niche Hiring: Expertise in executing end-to-end leadership hiring and executive
search strategies for critical portfolios.
