As a Talent Advisor, you will be based in our RPO client office in Singapore. You will work closely with one of our valued clients in the semiconductor industry, primarily hiring for graduate high volume project technicians and manufacturing engineers.
Key Responsibilities include: Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process. Compliantly work within ATS to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real-time.
