As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. You will play a pivotal role in screening and assessing candidates for corporate/tech roles for our Financial Services client in the EMEA regions.
What you will be doing
- Participate in role briefings with recruiters to gain a thorough understanding of position requirements
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens based on established criteria, evaluating candidates’ skills and experience to assess their suitability for various roles
- Prepare detailed candidate notes in the Applicant Tracking System for recruiter review
