**About Turing**
**Responsibilities**
- High ownership and understanding of relevant search processes for a specific job
- Responsible for reporting and finishing shortlists to be reviewed by the TA Pod Lead or Technical Matcher
- Hold respective operations team members accountable to their SLAs - High coachability and resilience to adapt to new processes in an ever changing environment
**Required Skills**:
- **3 - 8 years of experience**working in recruitment, either as a Headhunter or in Talent Acquisition
- 1+ years of previous experience with IT / technical recruiting
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
