We're growing fast, and we're hiring a Talent Associate to help us find the people who will build the next generation of AI companies with us.

About the role

Talent is the most critical ingredient in venture building. In this role, you’ll lead recruitment and talent development for both FutureSight’s core team and the ventures we co‑create. You'll work closely with our Studio partners and early‑stage founders to source top‑tier talent, build repeatable talent processes, and shape teams from the ground up.
