    • Job Purpose: 

    Our Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent team by efficiently bringing together various recruitment processes.

    They collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and contribute to the overall success of Storal’s talent acquisition efforts. 

    Main Responsibilities: 

    The Talent Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding suitable and qualified candidates. You will assist in various stages of the recruitment process, initial candidate engagement to interview coordination and new starter compliance.
