Talent & Engagement Manager – Monterrey, MX (Hybrid)

The Talent & Engagement Manager, Americas plays a key role in shaping and executing the company's talent strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, engages and retains the talent required to support its business objectives and growth ambitions in the Americas region. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent & People Engagement, the role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across the region to implement global talent initiatives, strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance employee experience and drive continuous improvement of talent processes and systems.
