The Talent and Learning Project Lead, reports to the Global Head of talent Management, and is part of the Global “Grow Leadership team”. This is a time when the Global Talent Management organization is leading a transformation and this pivotal role combines strategic leadership, data insights and innovative Talent management. You will influence comprehensive talent management strategies, ensure global Talent alignment, and oversee Talent Process & Lifecycle support.
