SM Universe (Singapore) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management/Business Development Manager with relevant experience to oversee and drive the development, profile, live gigs, and day-to-day management of artistes and trainees. This role will be based in Singapore, with occasional local and overseas travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Talent & Trainee Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for artistes and trainees, managing day-to-day communications, schedules, attendance, evaluations, and development milestones throughout their training journey. Business Development: Get suitable sponsors, live gigs and entertainment industry opportunities for artistes and trainees. Artist Development Support: Work closely with trainers, choreographers, vocal coaches, and programme leads to support holistic talent development, ensuring trainees meet performance, professionalism, and conduct standards.
