What You Will Do- Contact candidates and help them sign up for a job at BairesDev.
- Craft and send recruitment messages to achieve a high response rate.
- Build relationships on professional networks via email, phone, and video conference.
- Understand candidates’ career needs and suggest the best options at BairesDev.
- Collaborate with different managers to align priorities.
