Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt for top talent through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative sourcing methods

Build and continuously nurture robust pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles

Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building

Map talent markets and identify competitor talent pools
