GENERAL DESCRIPTION QA Engineer (QA). 
KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION Functional / Technical Test planning and strategy: Develop test plans, strategies, and cases based on business and non-functional requirements. 
Possess hands‑on expertise in testing from T24 to TAP 
Analysis and reporting: Analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders 
Troubleshooting and defect resolution: Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes 
Environment and tool setup: Configure the test environment, manage test data, and use testing tools and software. 
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION Professional and Technical Expertise in Functional Testing
