Taskforce Coordinator

       Main Task :

• Act as an intermediary between colleagues at Guntner Mexico and the company.


• Analyze and report on issues related to Indonesian colleagues in Guntner Mexico


• Monitor and ensure that the needs and facilities of colleagues at Guntner Mexico are met (both work facilities and living facilities)


• Collect invoices and expenses in the apartment (monthly rent, electricity, internet service).


• Update employee information with the Indonesian Embassy in Mexico, acting as a representative of Güntner.


• Collect the document for passport renewal documents, processing documents at INM (Issue & renewal resident permit)


• and other administrative tasks
  
  Qualification:
   


• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major


• Proficient in English


• Intermediate in Ms. Office (Excel)
