Job Summary
The Tawa / Parotta Master will be responsible for preparing high-quality Tawa items Parotta varieties and other flatbreads as per the restaurants standards. The role requires strong expertise in dough handling consistency in taste and texture and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare different varieties of Parotta (Layered Malabar Coin etc.) and Tawa items with consistent quality.
