Tax Lawyer

Ayala Land Group is looking for a Tax Lawyer.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:

• Handle Tax Assessments (BIR and LGU) for ALI subsidiaries resulting in substantial reduction deficiency tax assessments and tax savings for the company while maintaining good relationship with the tax authorities.
• Secure BIR rulings, certifications, or confirmations
• Assists in car issuance, advice on registration of licenses and permits, and strengthen tax compliance with different government agencies such as the BIR, BOI, PEZA, and various LGUs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate
• At least 12 years' experience, preferably CPA
• Ability to provide advice on various tax implications of business transactions and provide tax efficient alternatives
