Tax Manager, AVP (m/f/d)
The Tax Manager will be an integral member of the dynamic Corporate Tax Department, supporting State Street Corporation’s international corporate tax team. The successful candidate will report to State Street’s Head of Continental European Tax and will play a critical role in all corporate tax and tax accounting matters of State Street’s continental European tax function. The role’s principal responsibility will be to ensure full compliance with local tax return and global tax reporting requirements. The role will also serve an important advisory function in support of tax department and business initiatives.
Major Responsibilities
Leading the Corporate Tax compliance processes by supporting preparation by outside advisors of State Street’s tax returns and reviewing tax returns for Germany and other continental European jurisdictions
