As a Guru PAUD-SMA at Sekolah Murid Merdeka, your role is to facilitate engaging and interactive offline classes, fostering a vibrant and creative learning atmosphere. You'll be responsible for providing regular written feedback and assessments, actively participating in school meetings, promptly responding to parent inquiries, and actively engaging in additional school activities such as field trips, playdates, and art exhibitions. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with the Level Coordinator to design lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
