Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a range of mainstream primary schools across Sheffield to recruit a committed and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant with up-to-date Team Teach training.

This is a full‑time position supporting pupils who need help regulating their emotions and behaviour within the school environment. Many of the children you will work with may have additional needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition or ADHD, requiring a calm, consistent and understanding approach.

The role will see you working closely with class teachers, SEN teams and pastoral staff to help create a positive learning environment where every child can access education and feel supported.
