What You’ll Be Doing:
-Supporting teachers to deliver engaging, enjoyable lessons that inspire young learners
-Working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their progress
-Helping to create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
-Assisting with behaviour support and keeping pupils motivated and on track
-Providing additional support to children with a range of learning needs
