Role: Primary School Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £425 - £500 Dependent on experience

Location: Solihull 

**About the role**

Connex Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school supporting EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils with special educational needs. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum and achieve their individual targets. You will adapt learning activities to meet a range of needs—including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs—while promoting communication, confidence, independence, and positive behaviour. Your support will help create a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to make progress and reach their full potential.
